I don't recall wearing a PFD when simply cruising down the lake. Obviously children should be wearing them regardless. They probably arent really going as fast as the picture makes it look.

Right now its at 693 ft and rising above sea level....but for the past couple years and the next several they are trying to keep it below 680 to repair the dam because of failure fears. Normal summer pool before repairs were taking place was 723. So it is well below summer pool but well above...
Yeah its nasty looking. The scary thing is that Lake Cumberland in KY has been lowered because the corps were scared the damn was going to fail but now they have had to shut off all water flow out of the dam because of the flooding in everything downstream...Nashville...etc.
Looks like a Sea Ray to me...think these boat owners are nervous? These are the flood waters in downtown nashville. I'm not sure how much more the river is supposed to go up today but I would suppose not much more and that dock may not be above water..?
