rebuildiing a 70 PACHANGA, Question is, could I replace the 460 engine ( rather than rebuild it) with a used but complete 305. 1 person told me the boat would be under powered, it has a jet drive. What`s your thoughts. Thanks, Rich

How do you bump the thread up? I contacted the local searay dealer ,they didnt even know that the PACHANGA was made in 69. Everyone sofar says the HIN is on the transom not on this boat , Just got the boat Sat. so I am still looking, I wll check the archives thanks for the info. Rich

there is sales brochures on the internet stsrting in 1969. Iam pretty sure it is a early pachanga just cant document what yr. thanks. Rich

New member looking at a 1970 ? 1973 ? 18' pachanga needs restoration. Does this boat have a hull id. # the owner doesnt have a title for the boat or trailer, how hard is it to obtain the above. how can you tell the year if it has a hid or even w/o the hid. Thanks, Rich
