    Engine Trouble with '86 5.0 230HP

Ive spent the last six months trying to trace the source of the exact same problem. What I found was several issues. First, I was advised by a Mercruiser Master Mechanic to knock out the ball in the anti siphon valve. Then I loosened up the fuel fill cap and ran the boat. That didnt fix the...

    Need help with toilet instructions

I can't figure out how to use this thing. It's labeled as a Potpourri model 707. The boat has a holding tank and the head seems to be connnected to that, but how do you get fresh water in the bowl? There is no hose going to the water tank. Also, on this one, as you are standing in front of the...

    '80 5.0L Starter Problem

It's a points and coil right now. Next year it will be elec. ignition, though. I am going to do some surfing tonight to see what I can find on the internet. After that, I will get out the test lights and start poking around. Thanks for the replies.

    '80 5.0L Starter Problem

The black wire is lightweight gauge and I originally hooked it up to a ground and nothing happened. I am pretty positive that both red wires connected to the center post of the solenoid, the yellow wire was attached to the post on the right and nothing was attached to the post on the left. I am...

    '80 5.0L Starter Problem

:smt100After trying to troubleshoot a starter problem, I removed the starter and had it tested. After re-installing the starter, nobody seems to remember where the black wire goes. I have two reds, one yellow and one black. I'm pretty sure the yellow goes to the post on the right side of...

Wanted 1978 Srv220/ OVERNIGHTER Owners Manual

There has to be something out there, that Sea Ray included with their boats. Mine is all original and I can't see them selling a boat and just telling the buyer "good luck" with the head, stove, sink, washdown, etc. and not at least telling them how to use everything.

    Primitive Boat Campers

More like "boat access only" campgrounds with fire pits and clearing for tents. You are thinking of Bayliner owners!
