Our shower sump continued to run after all water had been pumped over side. Bought new pump-it did the same thing. Water seems to spurt out of seams of old pump and the new one. Check valve is not restricting flow and appears to be keeping water from flowing back in. Any ideas on where we go...
Where could fresh water come from that accumulated beneath salon hatches? Two shower sumps are working, but when I opened one hatch to store something, they were full of water. There's a small bilge ump aft of the shower sump pumps. It obviously isn't working, but where does water come from that...

I want to remove the horrible cranberry and green quilted covering on the trim piece that wraps around the shelving in the forward cabin. How does that piece come off so I can remove the old and cover with new?:smt024
