My starboard engine doesnt want to get to full power. Fine at start up through idle and getting the boat on plane. Once they reach +/- 3,000 rpms, the starboard engine won't get to full power? The sync gauge shows the port engine overpowering and the starboard engine gets to/over 4,000 rpms...
