Check your water filter attached to the pump. They get jelled up when winterized and slow down flow. I had the same issue, the filter looked clean however when I took it apart it felt like JELLO inside.

Easy answer. Get the tires size, call a tire store and ask them the cost of six tires plus installation. A triple axle trailer without knowing the tire size is impossible to guess the correct answer.

Sounds like a loose strand of rubber from the belt. When it turns while running, a piece is hitting something. Suggest removing and carefully check for loose piece of rubber. Also suggest tightening your belt. It looks loose.

I suggest checking, cleaning the A/C filter. Even with the cabin door shut, the filter gets dirty. This should be a monthly maintenance item for all A/C boats. May have nothing to do with mold however I like breathing clean air.

I had the same issue with my windless, 02 Dancer. There is a solenoid mounted on the forward engine bulkhead in the very middle in front of the battery's. It is tight getting down there. Mine was burnt and partiallly melted. I replaced it and it has been working fine .

I have a Bravo 3 with the same. That piece is replaceable. You can acctually do it without taking the drive off or apart. Mercury makes a tool that fits inside and unscrews this piece off. I borrowed the wrench, drained the oil and used a small propane torch to heat it up. I need a long pry bar...

Call a Searay dealer and see if the part number is tha same for the different years..

Do you have a broken spring mechanism?

I have a 02, 340 Dancer and the trim tabs put on the boat by Searay are to small. That's probably why you do not feel them when underway. I installed trim tabs made for this boat for diesel motors. They are wider and longer. They work great.

Thanks for the info. I bought two transmission filters from Hale Marine. two filters with gaskets, shipped for $ 100.82. They told me to use Dextron 3. Great site for boat parts: halemarine.com
