Thanks for the reply. Yes, I failed to provide the year, in my case its a 1995. Head is on the other side of the boat, but there must be an access panel somewhere as the area under the helm is very small. Karl

Can someone help out this first time searay owner/ infant.....how do I gain access to the back side of my helm to replace wires, remove and new electronics, etc. Is this done from a secret panel below, or do you just work from the tiny space under the steering wheel? thank you. Karl

Just bought my first Sea Ray (1995 300) need help gaining access behind/under the dash panel to remove and install new electronics, route new wires, etc. How do you get up under the dash panel? Is there access from the cabin (i.e. remove a ceiling panel?) or do you just work from under the helm...
