There are two long Philips head screw right on the front of that carpet box. Just unscrew them and pull the box towards you ,port side . The bracket you see at the end just guides the box into the right place.

actually i do have the extended platform that comes from sea ray..but i do not like the fact that it is lower than the integrated platform on the boat. That's why i would like to chage it for one that would be on same level...She is a bit bow high on take off but with the trim tabs it does not...
