My snap in carpet is in need of replacement my canvas guy will install the binding. Where is a good place to get carpet ?

You're in Ohio? Call Dave.

edit: never mind, you have someone - i should learn to read

i purchased a set from snapincarpet.com 3 years ago
They had the template for the 310 on hand.
The carpet didn't fit right was smaller than the factory carpet
I paid for the good backing it was falling apart after 2 years
This year the carpet started to come apart on the back piece.
I wouldn't recommend them
Whoever you decide to go with i would make your own template from the old factory carpets
I believe quint14 on here does carpet.

Does the vinyl flooring get hot? I would think it would compared to carpet.

Depends on color of the carpet vs weave color. I would say in general it gets warmer than carpet. I have it on my boat for 3 years now and would not go back to carpet. Most boat manufacturers including Sea Ray offer Infinity as OEM on new boats.

I need to replace my carpet also. That's why I ask. Don't want something that gets hot. We're in a desert, and it can get hot here.

That is a sharp boat right there.

I am in the PHX area. Gets extremely hot here! : ) In the direct sun, at 110 it get hot. But a quick spray of water cools right down an stays that way. We love it! Keep in mind... Everything gets hot here @ 110!

Thank you Quint4.
Jon Paul, I was born and raised in Peoria, I know what you mean about the heat there.

It does got hot in direct sunlight but the positives far outweigh that single negative for me. Much nicer looking than carpet, very easy to keep clean, more durable, and dries much quicker.
I keep something easy to slip my bare feet in to nearby when hanging out in the cockpit on a hot day and that solves the problem of the vinyl getting hot.

I have the original carpet in my 260DA and never had any issues. I pressure washed it and scrubbed it every other year or so. Kept it treated with 303 Fabric Protector and never had a stain. I installed AquaTrak on the swim platform and it was so hot you could not walk on it in the summer. I have a pic of my temp gun aimed at it reading 160*.

Out “new to us” 44DB needed new carpet in the cockpit and bridge. After looking at samples of everything I could find, we went with the Corinthian Berber with the AquaLok back. It has only been down a couple of weeks, but we love it. I want to do something on the swim platform at some point and my look at a PVC type carpet then. Not sure.
