God morning guys,
I’m lifting my new 1996 215 in December and the yard have asked me to identify it’s hoisting points. Does anyone have an idea where these are on the 215 or where to find out?
Many thanks

Do you have these "SLING" labels above the rub rail?

Thanks for responses, I have not got the labels above the rub rail and been onto Searay website to look at manuals to download (great tip from other members, thanks) but not finding the info I need. If anyone has a 215 with lifting stickers on or an owners manual with a diagram I’d love to see a photo.
Thanks again

Nothing on my 2006 215WE or in the owners manual. Not sure they put them on smaller boats.

Just use the bow eye and stern eyes. They're also used as lifting eyes.

Many thanks for comments. That is reassuring.

This! On all the smaller trailerable boats, my yard uses these to lift them off their trailers to pressure wash their bottoms.

Don't try that on a 2150 Pursuit. They stopped the wood and fiberglass half way up the transom.

All good replies. But in 30 years i was never asked this. Any reputable yard will know this.
Yards around here pull 60’ yachts. You think they ask the owner where is the lift points? That be a big red flag. Find another yard.
