It's not a matter of 'opinion'.... Either Military Aid was withheld or it wasn't.
As I demonstrated in an earlier post, liberal outlets last year claimed that Ukraine Military Aid was withheld, which was slated for distribution on Feb 28th 2019 (see below from VOX). Slated distribution for Military Aid didn't start in "May", as some on here want you to believe. This was approved in Sept 2018 and the 1st phase was set to start in February of 2019. So, if that was the case, and Military Aid was withheld in February, Joe Biden didn't enter the race until April of 2019. So, how could there be a Quid Pro Quo?
However, we know that in fact, Military Aid "was" distributed, in 2 phases. Tranche 1 & Tranche 2. The part that seems to escape Iprof, or he just plain refuses to except because of blind partisan hatred, is the Military Aid process didn't start in May. He posted an official document claiming it as "PROOF" that Aid was withheld, not knowing that what he posted was the 2nd phase or Tranche 2. It says it right in the document on page3. Phase 1 or Tranche 1 was already being distributed which started in February. Each phase or Tranche equals $125million dollars in assets for a total of $250m. (that's weird, $250m is what Schiff was discussing in his subpoena) Again, this is why the Ukrainians never realized Military Aid was temporarily withheld from the 2nd phase, because they were receiving Military Aid from the 1st phase.
I also was given a hit piece from Iprof showing emails from the OMB. 192 pages of emails for that matter. That hit piece doesn't direct you to "any email" in particular, but relies on you the reader not to actually scan the document and just take their word for it. They imply in their article that the OMB's due diligence is proof of a Quid Pro Quo. I scanned it, and there's nothing of the sort.
When I asked Iprof if he agreed with the Democrat Subpoena, he never gave an answer. You know why, because the subpoena discuss's this $250m as not being delivered. However as in typical Democrat lawyer fashion, it uses selective & deceptive in wording.

But that was enough for the MSM. They went guns a'blazin'!! MSM went on to tell the world that Trump held ALL Military Aid, not mentioning one word of Tranche's or implemented phases. Here's an example:

Everyone thought that Military Aid was withheld. Hell, I even thought that.
So I asked Iprof - which is it - was military aid withheld or did it get delivered? But apparently, according to him, I'm clueless and lack facts, so I don't deserve an answer.
Long of the short of it, Ukraine received ALL of it's Military Aid, on time. Everything else is just noise that was started from a fake whistleblower with 3rd hand knowledge of the Trump / Zelensky phone call. I'm glad this nonsense is over today. Spring and Summer can't get here quick enough.
