Is the low voltage battery related? Tested all the batteries and even did a load test and they appeared acceptable.

I have both types at the house- a 30 amp that you will find in marinas and the more typical outdoor household version. Working with a reputable certified marine electrician to hopefully resolve what sounds like a leak.
