Hi all. For the tracks that run along the outside of the radar arch with the slide in zippers that zip to the aft curtain, where would you buy a replacement zipper element (not the track, which is fine)? Boat is 2008 330. Thanks

The piece you're looking for is called the valance. Message KevinC on this forum. Super nice guy, very helpful and gives a good discount to csr members.

It’s also known as “Keder” rails and Keder strips

Want to thank everyone for the information...means a lot. @KevinC I will write you directly.

I took my broken one to my canvas guy and he made me a new one same day.

And to get a little more specific most Searays use Flexarail and the Keder would be the narrow version (7.5mm)

Hey Kevin I’m looking for the rail for my 99 310 is that something you carry? Not sure if it’s the keder or just flex rail.

Keder welt (sometimes referred to as awing rope) is the fabric component and is either sewn onto the fabric or part of the valance (with a zipper/velcro/both attached to attach the fabric to the structure. The plastic track installed on the arch would be the Flex-A-Rail (trade name). We do offer both components - I would need to know which you would need.

The Flex-A-Rail does come in two different diameter sizes and Sea Ray has typically installed the narrower on these boats.

I would like to make mention that the tracking come in long lengths and the shipping can quickly out run the costs of the railing. So, let me know what you need and I will try to assist.

If you send me your info on our online request (https://www.covemarine.com) I will certainly follow-up. Make sure to put your screen name in the comments section.

Thanks,
-Kevin

Hey Kevin, what would be the Flex-A-Rail size (narrow?) used on the 2001 280 Sundancer? Thx

@KevinC sent you a message via covemarine.com this morning. I am in need of the Keder welt, the part that slides into the track with the zipper attached- correct?
