So here are the pictures of the new stringers installed with just the PL Glue and a few galvanized finish nails to hold everything together. Grinding is awful. I did two coats of poly resin. The first coat was with Fiberglass Mat, the second I used Fiberglass Cloth. I think it came out great...

I had to get a little creative in lifting and supporting the motor enough to get the old motor mount block out.
Got all of the old rotten wood out and a new motor mount block cut and temporarily installed.
