I’m in the same boat you are. Your pump is either bad Im guessing or you have a valve somewhere not opened. Post pictures of your toilet and you may get help from others

So what model number do I have 972, 974? Seems inefficient to go to a marina pump station for 2 1/2 gallons. Can I retrofit with a spout and cap off the vent and pump out line?
