06 340 sundancer with crack under port side window , marinemax repaired 3 times , the final time was grinding down ,adding fiberglass and finish....problem is small crack reapearing and repair looks a little wavy in area of repair.... am i being picky or can a good fiberglass guy make it new...

If the boats out of the water why not spray a lube threw the intake areas then work the valve back and fourth

Same problem here on my 06....surface cracks in aft bilge. Some chipped off the other day and its shinny smoth underneath like egg shell...seems to be common

I tried everything ..... real bad water spots..... someone gave me a cleaner called Wink ...it does have acetone in it so be careful rub it on the glass and let it sit a min. or 2 it will wipe rite off ...Guaranteed !

Looking at a camper cover or a fast back for a 06 340 sundancer....anyone have experience with these and witch is best

I have some cracking of the gelcoat in the bilge area on the bottom , mostly at the stern and some on the level areas where they mount the batteries and the holding tank, should i be concerned ?...i had boat since new of 06 never ran aground. its a 340 sundancer....or is just cosmedic....i would...

2006 340 sundancer with structual crack port side under window , had marine max repair 3-4 times and looks like its starting to crack agian...whats my option , send back to searay to be done right...im sure its a weak point

No Frank , there is always a small amount of water in the bilge , but level never rises any more than normal....sump rarley turns on , like you said im sure its cosmedic , just fustrating when you pay good money. Thanx. Tom

Thanks Frank, that helps...maybe just concerned about water sitting in bilge and getting in cracks to fiberglass

Gel coat cracking threwout bilge on my 2006 340 sundancer ...gel coat seems thick and thin in areas and a sloppy job ,anyone else see this issue
