I don't settle for anything less than perfect. Sorry it drives me nuts. Since I have owned this boat I have fixed everything to proper working condition no matter how small the problem. I am ocd to the highest level.
Bath hoses are the toilet discharge hose and water line hose that goes to the toilet also I have a hose for my forward ac water pump that goes through there also. Upper stringer port side under fuel tank through the bulkhead. I am trying my bigger bore scope this week. To exam that area
2006 340 dancer. i have been trying to trace a water leak for the life of me cant find it. I put dye in the water system to eliminate that no leaks checked engines under full load on the lake no leaks. boat stays bone dry in bilge till it rains. then i get about 2 gallons of water in it starts...
i get what your saying, lol filing down. to be proper widen the wrench opening to 2.8. Anyway pulled out the exhaust cans and freed them up. wasn't to bad about 3 beers to get it done.
only found 2 post that stated 2 3/4 inch nut size for rudder packing. trying to find out if that is the correct size for my 2006 340 dancer. the one post said it was actually slightly bigger like 2.8 may have to file a 2.75 to fit. just trying to get these freed up.
completed job looks great was a breeze actually to get the wires pulled. had ac on my helm in my old boat was fantastic made sure this one was even more powerful so it will keep everything cool.
Just want to be safe with wire gauge. Less resistance more load capacity. I will start poking around at it over the weekend and see what happens. Just wanted to know if there was a specific route to the box, sounds like Kevin c route might be best path.
2006 340 dancer sportsman putting in an ac unit up on the helm. I need to fish a 10 gauge wire from the panel in the cabin to the engine compartment. Are there any tricks or easy ways?
Thank you. I am still lost on a few things. Holy cow searay seems so different from other boats.
Currently trying to figure out the bilge in the cabin pump and float are fine but I have now power to it at all. I used jumpers direct to the battery to confirm pump and float are good. Haven't back...
Just had my 340 delivered to me yesterday. In process of putting electronics back together. What does this switch do? Circled in red. Assuming its a kill switch
2006da sportsman, I am adding an air conditioning unit and have extra slots in main panel but need to buy extra breakers. What kind are these and where do I get them? See attached pic.
