Don't have ST60, but have been told it is a drop in for the Raydata. Would like to upgrade to i50 and wondering if current transducers will work. The transducer part number is M78718 based on Raydata manual.

My Raydata screen has died. Just wondering about best replacement options. Currently have retractable transducers. So. Looking at the i50 Tridata, but can't determine if a retractable transducer is available. Anyone have experience upgrading the Raydata?

As a more complete update, I have now correctly identified this as the Oil Temperature Switch, part number 043242. Hope this and this thread helps another at some point. Thanks!

So, I realized at some point the remote station run switch would need to be on for it to run without holding the start switch at the generator and it did. So, with the switch disconnected and the wires jumpered she runs. Problem solved once I install the new switch. Thanks for all the...

vanman59, Jumpered the two wires and the fuse still does not blow which is good. I would have thought that jumping the wires would have allowed the generator to run without holding the start switch, but it didn't. Thoughts?

Vanman59, there are two wires on this and with them removed the gennie will run as long as I hold the start switch, as you mention. I have the manual and it shows an oil pressure switch on the side of the block and does not show this one at all. I guess because it is behind the belt shroud. I...

dwna1a, I am wondering how it accomplishes this. By creating a ground fault? David, I have two of those feet myself. See my last post. I think it is solved if I can identify the sensor I disconnected and replace it. I now believe this is the oil temperature switch.

Mine does too. The switches were well hidden by the shroud. Still not sure what the shroud is for or if something is missing from it. I think I mentioned this in a previous post. Had an opportunity to get deeper into my trouble shooting and I started disconnection the sensors. I have found...

Yea, just not sure if there is some special rating other than amps for a fuse. I don't know what I don't know at this point. Obviously not an electrician, but more mechanically inclined. Where could a stray ground occur in a component or which component, outside of a chaffed wire? Thanks!

So, how do I test for good versus bad components? Especially K1 and K2? Could they fault to ground and blow the fuse? Not sure what they do, but K2 seems to be the first connection for the fuse holder based on the diagram while K1 is mentioned in the trouble shooting guide for when it won't crank.
