    It's true that the 410EC has a single head, but oarwhat, the OP asked about the 2000's 410DA vs the 400DA. In that era, it looks like both the 410DA and the 400DA had a 2 head layout.

At the same time I added the correct amount of Seafoam (well, maybe just a tad bit more than the recommended number of ounces on the label).     Al, do you have the Mercury Bravo 3 Duoprop outdrive on your boat? That is the standard unit that was installed on these boats at the factory. If so, your props should be 22 or 24 pitch stainless steel. The pitch is stamped on the props.
