Pretty much the same, a couple of whacks on each side and a good twist/pull and it comes out. Maybe try some anti-seize/galling compound made for aluminum?
I do not have your exact boat, but if you have a Vacuflush toilet the head system breaker turns on the vacuum generator which is needed to flush. If your ball seal, which opens and closes when you depress the foot petal, is leaking your toilet would empty. The clicking sound is most likely the...
I'm not all chain, but I did add 100' to my stock set-up. The locations I anchor in I always only have chain deployed. Definitively big improvement for my use. Only downfall I saw was at rest my smaller boat does sit slightly different from the added weight in the anchor locker, yours may not...
I believe he is saying if it is the coolant side the 15 PSI is accurate, not the 30 PSI. You most likely have a 16 PSI cap and if you truly had 30 PSI you would be in big trouble.

Possibly condition of gas, leftover from last year? Had almost exactly the same symptoms. Went "trolling" to burn as much as possible before putting fresh gas in for the season. That was my first refill with new to me boat. After fill-up, no more problem. You would think both engines would...
