I had exactly the same problem and replaced the duckbill valves. Works like a charm now. Horrible job though!

I have a Sundancer 260 (Australia) with the 5.7l MPI engine. I find that at 1500 rpm I'm consuming 8.3 litres/hr. I think that's pretty good economy.

I have a Kenyon Kiss Cooktop on my 260DA and for some reason the gas flow has dropped to the point where it will barely stay alight. It was working fine until a week or so ago and now we can't get enough flame to even boil the jug. Does anyone have any suggestions/ideas?

I had a problem on my 260 where the head wouldn't flush at all. The vacuum pump would run continously but would not hold vacuum. I replaced the four duckbill valves (messy job) and it works beautifully. Good luck.
