On a scale of 1-10 I’m about 2+/- in terms of electronics knowledge. Re-terminate that connector? Does that mean replace the coax cable connector on the end I was wiggling? Would replacing the coax cable accomplish the same?

Our Systems Monitor will occasionally beep for an instant at speeds under 10mph. When cruising at planing speed we will hear a frequent alarm that only lasts an instant. When we tried to see what the alarm was it required we record a video of the displayed message and then go through the video...
