Anyone had their transom compartment door redone, mine is cracked, it appears to be water intrusion, probably should be gutted, glassed and finished. Was interested in your experience and what you spent. Thanks, JM
I may have missed this in a previous post...but just in case...I would put my meter on the battery, you should have at least 12-12.6 volts approximately. With meter connected attempt to crank the motor, the meter shouldn’t drop below 10 volts. If you pass that test you should be testing for...
The short spacers seemed to appear with the addition of b3 outdrives and Generator’s. They sit considerably lower in the water than b1 boats. They are important.
If your tank is starboard forward in the er like mine it’s mounted on top the tank towards the outside of the hull. Can’t see it, all by feel. Don’t worry, if you are tall and thin the pain subsides quickly. Probably the worst maintenance job on our boats. Have fun
