I have a 2015 260DA and yesterday my windlass would just spin when trying to pull up the anchor. I had to keep pressure manually on the finger until it got to chain to raise the anchor. Can the pressure lever be adjusted?

I always shut all my electronics off at the unit then the breaker last. Dont want to take a chance of any surge blowing a display or control of any unit when I flip the breaker.

Thinking about making a move from a 2015 260 Sundancer to a 280SLX. We boat on a lake and I'm very happy with the dancer(this is our 3rd one) but the Admiral really likes the new 280 SLX. Besides the obvious has anyone made the move that can give me real world pros and cons? Would like some imput.

I have a 2015 260 Sundancer with 350MAG and 78 hours, fresh water boat. Yesterday got a display that came up and said OBD service soon! Boat has been serviced by Marinemax every year with winterizing. Any ideas what this means?

when you 1st turn the key to the on position before starting the alarm that sounds has stopped working. Boat runs fine and everything operates correctly. Any ideas? 2015 260 Sundancer

Just received a notice from Sea Ray about this recall and it says not to operate the boat until checked. Anybody have any info on this?

towed my last and current 260DA with a F350SD power stroke. Rather have to much truck than not enough. Its a heavy load, epecialy to stop.

once on plane just give it a little trim, only use tabs to balance when people move around or more people sitting on one side than the other. After a while it becomes second nature. Enjoy!!!

we trailered up there this past fall for a day trip. Nice lake, very clean. I do prefer Lake Hopatcong in NJ, closer to home and more to do on the lake.
