Out of water. I'll store inside but unheated.....Up north.

I just acquired the above. Always kept inside with 300 hours. The owner had a mechanic go thru it before selling it. I have been boating for more than 50 years but have never owned an I/O. I've winterized diesel sailboats, outboards, pump out pottys all that stuff but I don't know where to start...
