Any recommendations on buying a waketower for a 240 sundeck?

I am about to buy a chartplotter for our 240 sundeck. We boat in Georgia lakes and in the Gulf around Panama City area. Looking to spend $800 or less. Looked at Garmin 541 and Raymarine A50. I need advise and suggestions? thanks
