I have the need to replace my front curtains as well. I was looking into custom with U-Zips so I did not have to pull it on and off. I have received differing opinions. One shop told me they never install U-Zips as they always leak and another told me they do install them and should be fine...

I had the same issue and was told it was not the monitor panel but the main sending unit in the bilge area. I have not yet located that unit but same response from the dealer; they need to replace the entire system. If anyone knows anything about the sending units I would be curious to see how...
I have an older Raymarine RL70RC and the NT+ charts I have no longer work. I have purchased a new card reader for the unit and still have the same issue. Any ideas how to find out it the chart card is bad?
Thanks for the feedback. The thermostats are OK. I can see when they open. I will follow the path of doing impellers first then the heat exchangers later. If the impellers fix it I will have the exchangers done over the winter any way. I would say I have about 75 hours on these impellers...
