Now that Hurricane Season 2010 has come and gone, I have put my baby back in the water. I had a full engine service done and a new trim sender installed wheile she was out of the water. I also had some issues with overheating and so I had them check the impeller.

Great looking boat the tower really makes it. I love my 270 which I bought from a guy in St. Clair and had to test last October on the Lake. I have had mine out in 4-6 ft waves and with the right trim the bow stays nice and dry.
The only thing I am looking to add is speakers to the tower.
Hi, i had an issue with low pressure for my freshwater on board. The shop replaced the strainer and last weekend everything was working great. I went out this afternoon to give the boat a run and to get it set-up for a full day out tomorrow with guests.

I got my first warning of low level of lube in my drive on the Northstar last weekend, thought it was very cool. Topped it off and now I am all set. I also like the fact that it keeps a history of the faults.
Not sure I will have a look as I had the dealer install the Smartcraft gateway into a Northstar 550 that I used to replace the Navman that came with my Select.
I have to say I love the Corsa on my 270 Select SLX with the 496 HO - given my boat is docked behind my home it certainly gets the neighbours up on a Saturday morning, it is my payback for my )(*&^% neighbour with the leaf blower.
Well, I am happy with my float, last weekend I waded into the bar at Rum Point and when I was returning to the boat with hands full of Mudlsides, I hear this guy call out "Dude, are those your keys?" and they they were bobbing along with the little yellow float. I am sure the crystal clear...
I was out on the water today, got back to the dock and noticed that the forward sump keeps running even if I turn off the battery, there is no water coming out from the drain. the engine bilge is fine.
I have no idea how to access this pump as I think it is under the fresh water holding...
