Getting my 2006 240DA ready for summer I I noticed fluid on top of the starboard tab that appears to have come from the bottom of the cylinder. Is the accepted fix still simply replacing the piston o- ring?

I have a 2006 240DA that gave me a TPS fault message June 2012-- took it in and had new throttle position sensor and air intake control valve installed. Roughly 5-10 operating ours later(next june2013)--- TPS fault message again---- took it back to the dealer and they "adjusted" the sensor...

Hi Islandhopper, Bought a 2006 240DA with 5.0L last month and I'd like to go to theAbacos Bahamas Fling next year---but I can't find insurance that will cover me .NBOA was no help and my Allstate only covers 100 miles out. Can you help? Thanks , Bret
