Anyone use Shurhold handles / brushes? Are they worth the cost?
My 10+ year old telescoping boat hook bit the dust - time for a new one. My hook rarely gets used as such - much more often it serves as a handle for a deck brush. It's a West Marine model with a threaded tip the hook for my brushes I have thought over the years that the Shurhold handles / brushes look pretty nice and now would be the time to get one.
My dilemma is that if I went with a Shurhold handle I would need to buy a hook attachment and replace all my brushes as they are not compatible. If I went with a WM hook or a Starbright handle, my existing brushes would fit either. Plus, they float where the Shurhold handles sink unless you buy a separate float kit.
