Beware, I have purchased several snap in carpet sets over many years and was generally pleased until now. Less than 90 days old and the backing (premium) is starting to peel and leaving black material on the deck. I reached out to snap in carpet.com and this was their response- "That is very normal. That can happen from simply dragging the carpet accidentally while trying to lift up. Unfortunately their is nothing we can do. Thank you" when I responded again I was told again they are not going to do anything at all to rectify and that they "hope I have a good day".
Before I plaster my experience all over the internet can anyone share their experience, opinions or advice? Am I being unreasonable expecting at the very least a promise of future support ?
