I've never owned a Sea Ray, but I have spent some time on the water.
Here's my first "water craft":

There was a string of others before I retired, but you never forget your first!
We currently own a 2002 Tahoe Q3 bow rider we bought new:

We have decided we want something just a bit larger so that we can cruise the rivers and perhaps even complete the Great Loop. I believe I have settled on the 2002 270 DA as the ideal boat, so now all I have to do is find the perfect one.
The hunt is on!

Thanks folks!
I've been a while just picking the brand of boat and though I'm not locked into the rest of the stuff, I'm feeling really good about choosing Sea Ray. It just feels right!

I was stationed on Southerland in 1975 home ported in San Diego. After several "life changes" over the years little of the things we collect remain. I chose this photo off the net because it accurately represents the configuration (FRAM II) when I was aboard, though admittedly the DASH pictured on the flight deck was no longer present.
im far too young and handsome to have been in the Navy during the 60's; though my dad was. Sadly, he was only an airdale though and only deployed on carriers, not real ships!

Hello neighbor! How do you like that 230 weekender? Looking online, I'm not seeing a whole lot of difference between the weekender and the sundancer...
