Well, in the beginning post, it was said something about cabin fever and you only live once.
We have cabin fever soo bad that we put our house up for sale. We're on our way to livin our dream. It doesn't snow in Ft. Myers does it

I think this is an appropriate thread to share that I'm barbequing the neighbor's pet pig on a rotisserie powered by my Honda EU 2000 over an open fire on the deck of our 240 and, because it's winter and there's nobody around, I have my shore power cord dangling in the water and my holding tank for the head has been routed overboard. Oh, and by the way, the sun is shining and the temperature here in the mooring basin is currently 40* F, and here is a link to our docks, http://kelownayachtclub.com/club/weather-station/

Actually no I didn't. I wanted to see if I could get in behind those rocks in the top of the pic. I was afraid I'd hit something so I decided to swim in to look for rocks that I might hit. The water was kind of brisk that day so I put on the vest and slid off the swim platform. What's really in that picture is a gasp and a grab for my nuts.:lol: Once I got a little numb it wasn't too bad and I continued on.

It's a fun place when the weather cooperates and the water is warm.

Absolutely disgusting. ... unless your the proper distance off shore. Why would you even think about doing that in the water you swim in. Even out 3 miles I don't like doing it. I personally watched somebody dump there portopotti of the side of there in a closed bay early in the am . So disappointing

The jumper is a friend of mine. The boat is a mid 70's 240SRV that his dad bought new. The parents are long gone and he just keeps fixing that old boat, he says he'll keep it going until he doesn't want to boat anymore.

Was ready to move it to the tiki bar, but then they said it had cabin so was not sure if need to go in the sport boat or sport cruiser area.
