Where is Ricky Bobbie??? I bet you could devise some way to loop the AC cooling through a heat exchanger to get it to work... Assume you you a portable generator that could run the AC...
I have seen every thign now.

That's a great idea... Take hose from the hot tub to the AC... Back the truck next to the AC RW thru hull, and it will look like a water fall. Place the generator on the swim platform...

...and if it rains, just put the generator in the cabin.

ok , well i had a porta genie on the ground running everything had a full fresh water tank with a aditional 55 gal drum with fresh water in my truck with a pump if i ran out and the a/c on that boat was a thru hatch style , so i guess i went over board 
when i said fully self contained , but it was a sweet set up and all the chicks loved to sunbath on the bow, showing there stuff off , mind you I was 21-23 when i went to the music fest with the boat , but it was a hit with everyone , I dont think I would ever do something like that agian , grown up now , and prefer being on water

..I think I recall see some one do that once, a longtime ago at a camp site in Maine. F150 with a bed liner and duct tape around the tail gate. I took me for ever to fill the bed.

I like it! Well, not THAT boat...but if I could park my boat on a trailer next to a pond, run a genny far away, and then run a submersible pump from the pond to my ac/heat...Id sleep on it! I sleep on it when its on the water, why not when its on land?
