Guilty as charged. Terrible self esteem issues that I can only address by feigning insight which is, in reality, only the result of a fortuitous experience at Holiday Inn Express. Silly me, I thought the key words in your sentence were; "deep rooted self esteem issues." Since you didn't understand that is insulting, I can now see why you feel you are blameless.
As for the other statement re drinking, that is a personal issue, but I don't see the relevance to my comment on the insulting nature of your first post.
