Hello, new to sea ray and cruisers in general. Just bought a 1996 240DA. It has a xantrex link 1000 inverter set up and it has an E12 alarm that wont go away. Which is voltage sensor line. I checked and it has power at the link (didnt check atual voltage though, but it did light up test light) and there is no fuse on the line that i can find.
It has 2 batteries port side and one starboard. I thought the starboard was the inverter battery since it is a deep cycle and it was old from 2003 so i replaced that one. The other 2 are new this summer. After replacing the battery all my interior cabin lights quit working. The stereo still works the boat ignition is working. Im so damn confused. i've only found 4 fuses. Only 2 appear to be factory ones and the manual looks like there are only supposed to be 2 factory ones. 1 for bilge and 1 for stereo. not sure what the other 2 power up.
any help at all would be appreciated to track down where the interior lights get there power from. And if anyone knows what the heck to do about the E12 alarm on the inveter.
another question, is there any upgrades that can be made to the 5.7 to bring up the HP from 210 easily?
anyone have a swim step part # 726232 they dont need?
