Its a never ending war.
I’ve found that a moderate drought in our area has significantly reduced the water in my bilge

Morning!
My sync gauge hasn't worked since I bought the boat. The needle stays almost in the middle and doesn't move at all when running the boat. From what I found on this site it seems the sync module behind the dash is a common culprit. I took the dash out and all connections were solid. No luck finding a replacement module. I believe it has been discontinued. Does anyone have a source on the module or possible replacement options? I'd rather not rely on my hearing to sync
You should sync your load not your rpm's. I may be wrong but I believe that is what a true sync gauge does.If the parts are truly impossible to get, it might be easier to add Fox Gateways and use the RPM's to sync?

My fridge progress. I was able to remove the old fridge without pulling the cabinet bht ultimately removed it anyway because the PO did a wild move and glued the damn tv down, so I’m taking this time to replace it as well.
I’be not settled on exactly how well trim it out, but these are my filler pieces. It’s a wonky size, nothing that off the shelf lumber would fit, so im thankful to have a planer. I edge glued a few pieces of 1” pine and planed them down to exact width to fill the gap
fridge comes onboard tomorrow and we’ll button this up. I may go with polished aluminum as the trim ti complement the fridge bezel, not sure yet. We could also rewrap the whole cabinet but that’s a pricey proposition

Looking good. You, Stee and I are going to be having the coldest beers onboard this 4th!

Not a single curse word in this post? Am I to assume your cabinet just popped itself out in under 30 minutes???
I wasn’t going to rub it in but yes, it came out very easily. My only pain was forgetting to disconnect the coax from the tv…
I knew I should have bought a 410
I don't know if you remember my ordeal on the 400DA but not only the cabinet had to come out but also the stairs. Even the countertop interfered with it coming out and the little plastic trim under it had to be removed. Then I found the Vitrifrigo I bought was deeper than the Norcold and I had to build out a frame for it to fit.I knew I should have bought a 410
Does it sync the engines though? Meaning if the needle is in the middle they are in synch? I do not pay attention to the RPMs, rather the needle being in the middle.Morning!

That Sync module works off the tach pulse signal not the Glendinning.Does it sync the engines though? Meaning if the needle is in the middle they are in synch? I do not pay attention to the RPMs, rather the needle being in the middle.

My Glendinning Synchronizer has not worked since I purchased the boat. This came up on the inspection and wasn't a big issue to me. I purchased new cables that come out of the front of the engine and go into the synchronizer, haven't installed them.
