420/44 DB Owners Club

I’m guessing since you already have two and not working as you need that is why they are saying add a third one.
I’m hoping since my singles worked fine that they still will with the extra added on. Time will tell. Don’t expect to get boat back in water for close to two weeks.

Looking forward to your feedback.

Pulled the carpet out today and sized the new carpet. Then we got rid of the foam that was coming apart. Most of it scraped up with putty knives and some needed a little Goof Off.

Sorry for the rotation...

The wife and I just got done doing the same thing what fun the was we ended up putting in Infinity vinyl flooring instead of carpet because we have bulldogs that tend to slobber a little and will clean up better.

The Infinity looks similar to Corinthian...am I right?

We put glue down Corinthian in the salon area of the 380. It was great for cleaning up.

We are having the flybridge and cockpit area done with Corinthian felt backed and the swimstep and tender with the aquaback in the same color and weave. Kind of choking on the price of the aquaback stuff.

I purchased a 2007 Sea Ray 44 Sedan Bridge last fall. Does anyone know where I might locate bedding (bed spreads and pillow covers) for the master and twin beds. I would prefer OEM but would settle for custom covers if I could locate the patterns. Did Sea Ray make the bed spreads inhouse in 2007 or did they contract it out? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks, John

If it’s any consolation the OEM bedspreads and foam mattress covers weren’t very tasteful or even comfortable. Throwing them out was the first thing my wife did when we bought ours.

Agree….queen sized comforters and sheets tucked in worked great for us for 1/10th the cost of custom bedding. Another idea is to take set of sheets, mark them for fit and have a seamstress cut and bind them.

My custom fit sheets, mattress, topper, etc was great. Each to his own fellas.
Sorry

Anyone know the size railings we have. Looking to purchase some fender hangers from Amazon.

I think the rails are 1 1/8 or 1 1/4 inch. Thicker than a lot of boats.

I can measure tomorrow in you need.

Handrails are 1 1/8 in

Stairway grab handle is 1 1/4 in

Has anyone ventured to replace the sound shield insulation on their genny? The foam on my onan is disintegrating and creating quite the mess. Curious if there are any good diy products out there, or kits that onan sells?
