So you got yourself COVID vaccine. Think you can’t get COVID? Think again.

I cant take anything from the Washington Post serious, sorry. The National Enquirer is more reputable. With that being said, I have not got the shot nor will I. Everyone in my house had covid and i’ve had WAY WORSE hangovers tbh. We are in the age/health bracket where the potential long term side effects of this “vaccine” far outweigh the longterm effects of covid.

To me, this is great news!! Every person that I hear of not getting vaccinated equates to one less person I have to compete with to get into foreign countries, book a cruise, Broadway theatres, and even the growing number of bars, restaurants and other private venues allowing only vaccinated patrons.... thanks for making extra room for us!!

Will they still let you in after you've tested positive for COVID? It's sounding more and more like the vaccine is doing nothing more than turning people into incubators...

Notice how they only track and report “cases” vs deaths and hospitalizations for Delta.

See what’s happening in the UK.

I don’t wear a mask and not getting vax.

Biden used to drive 18 wheelers
CDC study shows three-fourths of people infected in Massachusetts covid-19 outbreak were vaccinated
This is the study that led the CDC to modify its mask guidance. It means that the vaccines don't prevent spread. The good news is that they do greatly reduce hospitalization and death. The implication is that, if spread is to be reduced, there will need to be continuing mitigation such as masking and social distancing. This ought to be an incentive for the unvaccinated to get shots.
What there needs to be is some incentive to find out who needs the shot, meaning those folks that are unvaccinated or have not developed natural immunity. Leave those with vaccine or natural immunity alone.

The CDC's panic is ridiculous. Even assuming that study is accurate. The vaccines are really good at minimizing hospitalizations and deaths -- according to the Dr. running my kid's college program, as good as or better than flu rates. Since we don't stop the world for the flu, we shouldn't stop the world for Covid. If you're unvaccinated, that's your problem not mine.

Absolutely agree. Id like the Fauci’s of CSR to tell me this tho. Whats the difference if I have natural immunity (antibodies) because ive had covid compared to getting an mrna vaccine? Vaccine just teaches your body to make antibodies correct? Same GD thing!!

Difference between you an me is I dont care what anybody else does. If you want the vaccine get it. If you don’t, your choice. Wear a mask alone in your car if you want, I still wont look down on you. I worry about me and whats best for my family only

There’s no difference between me and you at all. I don’t give a shit what you do or don’t do anymore than you care about what I do. Nowhere above did I say or imply that. I’m just super happy that people like you are making more room for people like me to access the places and things that will require vaccination for entry.

you’re not going to listen but here goes.
Your body learned One way to fight the virus. It’s not necessarily the same way that the vaccine teaches your body to fight it. I won’t get into saying one is better than the other, but they are not the same thing. Unless you’re body just happened to learn the method used by the vaccine. In which case, taking it won’t hurt you.

maybe. Maybe not. Nobody knows. Thats the problem

Big difference they don’t want you to know is the vaccines are proving to be temporary. You’ll need to keep getting poked. See annual flu vax.

Natural immunity is the most effective and persistent defense against any virus or bacteria.

The problem is there’s no money in that.

I think the Florida experiment DeSantis is doing is fantastic. We have needed a politician with enough political ambition to take a flyer on his citizens and see it it works. Getting elected, I mean. He is already spinning the skyrocketing hospitalizations on Fauci. So he has that covered.

They'll be a "false flag" disaster type event in Florida within two weeks. They can't let DeSantis go against their narrative.

That evil DeSantis with his efficient roll out of the vaccines when it was available. I mean, not everyone can botch a rollout like Cuomo and Walz. Those same Dems, that were responsible for the assisted living deaths debacle won’t be investigated - but that evil DeSantis, boy oh boy, we better keep an eye on him…

Not evil, just highly politically motivated. He has chosen his platform when it comes to COVID and he will stick to it. Whether it works and gets him to the POTUS job he wants so much is yet to be seen. This is not about what is best for his state, this is all about what is best for DeSantis with his chosen base. Whether the rest of America agrees may depend on the success of his experiment in his Florida petri dish. I hope he doubles down and passes laws that outlaw all forms of mandatory COVID prevention State Wide. That will complete the experiment set up.

Really? Seems like to me that Florida's rollout wasn't that great. Since I do business there, I was watching pretty closely and speaking to lots of Florida citizens. On the web, I wasn't able to find much evidence in praise, in fact, quite the opposite. 60 Minutes did a pretty critical piece on it. I did find this quote from a local Florida paper:
"Florida's COVID vaccine rollout is more like a flaming ant farm, only less organized."

Yes, really. Are you serious -60 minutes? pfft….

Our rollout was a complete disaster, just like NY.
