I have only had 3. To qualify for me they must have the long front end. Just don't like sitting in the engine compartment in the C8.
The C7 2019 I have will be left here when I depart for my son. The car only has 4k miles.

When I moved north from Florida, I dumped a few cars. I didn't want to transport them and I didn't want to pay the crazy expensive Michigan car insurance. If I hadn't moved I'd still have it. I also wouldn't own 2 boats right now, either.

 

I tell ya those spammers are relentless! I try to get on at least once a day to clean up. I appreciate hose folks who report them as it puts them all in one dashboard to clear.

I have an offer in on a C7 as we speak. I was telling the Admiral, this will likely be my last Vette. I can't see me in a C8. Of course I kind of panned the C7s when they first came out, so there's that...

Originally from Michigan. Moved to Florida in the 90's to never move back. We became caregivers for my mother in law 3 years ago. Hoped to be able to take her south for 9 months and back to Michigan for 3. She couldn't handle it so here we are. Florida has plenty of retirees for sure but there's plenty younger folks too.

I know I’m going out on a limb as a non-vette owner, however IMO the new Corvette shouldn’t be called a Corvette. When I first saw one on the road, I thought it was a Ferrari, then a McLaren, then I realized what it was. It’s a completely different vehicle. Kinda’ like the new electric Mustang (not as ugly). WTF is that?

 

I think u are correct sir, the C8 is nice but not the classic they have built since 1953

 

The last true Corvette was built in 1982.

Just my opinion but I do have a soft spot for the C5.

 

Camero is 10x better looking than any ‘Bette IMO

Never driven either, so have no idea on performance, but if I’m spending that kind of money I’ll take what I find more pleasing to the eye.

Yep, when it boils down to it I am a Ford Guy. Actually looked at the new 500 Cobra. They are just to proud of them. But I do like them.
