Sorry up front guys, I'm gonna have lots of questions:Congrats on the soon to be 320. For the canvas, my 340 was the same way, needed everything. I ended up going with everything new from Great Lakes, both biminis, aft curtain and new cockpit cover. I did however have the 5 front glass panels made locally so that I could have u-zips in them and better strataglass. In the end, the new glass panels cost more than all of the rest from Great Lakes. I don't think you can beat their (GL) prices anywhere, at least around here. The fit of it was exactly as you would expect from the OE manufacturer also, almost perfect. SB

The strataglass has an anti-scratch finish on it. The clarity does seem to be much better than eisenglass also. I had the same bungees that affix the rear aft curtain to the transom installed on the u-zips up front with the attaching stud mounted to the bottom side of the arch. With this setup, I can't find a need to ever remove and stow the panels except for longer in water winter storage in which I'll use the cockpit cover. Its almost like not even having glass up front when they're open but zip shut in 30 secs if a storm pops up.
To go from .030 mil to .040 mil eisenglass was about 300 or so bucks upgrade. .040 mil strataglass was only 100 more than the .040 mil isenglass so it was a no brainer for me. HTH SB

I did some investigating this afternoon. Was able to get water inside by spraying the water over the nearest window to this cabinet. Inside the cabinet is a panel mounted on an angle - I removed this to get a better look. It was not the rail mount - these posts remained dry. Seems to be the window. The screws were all tight - I'm going to check the site for information about re-sealing the windows. Finding the source is some relief.I recenlty found water in the same cabinet next to the power panel. Although not as bad as you describe i assume it was commonig from the base station of the bow rail located right above the cabinet. seems logical since it can't be from any where else. I going to look closer and I'll let you know what I find.

Has anyone heard of or tried the "DJX" props from Michigan wheel? I was speaking with a fellow at the gas dock, both shedding a tear I might add, and he told me he put DJX props on his '96 33 Sundancer after taking one out on a submerged piling. He was getting improved verall performance, including backing in the slip w/bumping power. Just wondering if anyone else has heard or tried them.

I was looking at a 2004 320 that was for sale. The dealer was in the middle of a repair, which was authorized by SeaRay. One of the skylights was leaking and allowed water into headliner and ply wood. When I saw the boat they are removed the headliner and were waiting for parts..Leaking water into cabin on my '06 320; I Found standing water (~1/4 inch at the rear) in the stbd storage cabinet above the dining bench, closest to the power cabinet. While doing some research, the carpet on the floor just below (under the dining bench where the amp is mounted) was also wet, as well as the floor just under the main power panel. This actually showed up through the carpet runner. The stbd window above this area has all of the screws tight. Also - the boat had the cockpit cover (which covers the windshield down to the deck) in place during the most recent rain which is when this is pressumed to have happened. Seems to be an issue with heavy rain. First time it occured I had the overnight canvas up and attributed this to some of the problem. Any help will be appreciated!

my leak was from when the boat was new my leak was from the rail that runs along the top of the cabin right next the fix port light.Thanks - I continue to search for the leak - waiting for the dealer to call me now.
