Look in the pleats at the top & bottom. Searay is really good at hiding screws. Also look in the cabinet for screws and try to pull the top of the backrest downward because the screws might be hidden there.

 

On my salon couch I had to remove the seat cushions and then I found the screws that went into the bottom flange of the back cushions. Removed those and the backs just lifted out.
