I have below brewer today which fits neatly into the locker. Would be awesome to find something similar.
However its on 220 and which I get when Im connected to shore power but not on generator. On shorepower I have both 220 & 110 via (110 volt via step down inverter). Seems eaiser buying a new brewer than trying to install a step up inverter 110 to 220 from the genny.

Cooking water on the stove takes ages, would prefer a brewer.

I'd probably be tempted to buy the 110-220 transformer. It would also give you flexibility for other appliances you have onboard. They aren't super expensive in the grand scheme.

I'm assuming 1000W would be enough for a 4 cup coffee maker but I guess I don't really know for sure...

do you have the dual stove with alcohol?
on ours we used a french press heated with alcohol. works great, quiet, no ginny!

 

Only electric unfortunately,however if you could find a dual one that fits it would be of interest.´
Trying to aviod running on generator as much as possible..

Ive just bought my first Sea ray 290 - 1999. I have the boat in Swedish Waters where everything runs on 220 Volt. Boat has a converter from 220 to 110 so all electrical stuff still runs on 110.

I have this locker where a coffe brewer would fit perfect. However seems impossible or at least hard for me to find a suitable one which will fit this locker.

Height 30 cm
Witdh 38 cm
Depth 18 cm.

Anyone that can find a suitable one that ships to Sweden? (filter brewer)

Maybe check the current brewer to see if there is a 110/220 voltage switch.

I'm the gentleman mentioned above. I recently bought a 92 400 EC and found the original coffee maker in one of the storage compartments. Never used it, but it may fit your needs. Will post a pic and take some measurements

 

Here's a pic of the space it came out of. Height is 10 inches so the width is about 15 inches. Not sure how that converts to cm

Given those dimensions, I don't see why a cheepo Mr Coffee wouldn't fit.

 

+1. You have to take it out of the cubby anyways in order to prep, so I just leave mine on the counter. When I get underway I just shove it back in its cubby. Mr. Coffee, Quisinart, Hamilton, et al.

 

Excuse me while I get over the extreme irony of a European asking Americans for coffee advice!

Why not look at a basic Nespresso Inissia -- the capsules are readily available in Europe, they are easily recycled, and you can have something closer to coffee, and not the brown-tinted water that comes out of most American drip brewers.

Guys, I think the op's issue is finding a 110v unit in Europe. They don't sell cheapo or exspensivo 110v units there. Everything is 220v. I would suggest ordering a unit off ebay or amazon.

 

Keurig machine. Ability to just about any flavor imaginable.

 

Thanks for all suggestions! But as per above post Im really only locking for a simple brewer 110 volt that fits my locker. Space onboard is a luxury I dont have..
Prefferably 4 -6 cups brewer not single. 10- 12 cup brewer will never fit =)
