I own a 2000 380 Sundancer with 8.1 Horizons. The previous owner used nothing but NAPA filters. I've been to other marine supply outfits and they can't cross-reference to NAPA. When travelling, NAPA isn't the most convenient engine parts store.

Could someone help out and give me the part nimbers from common filter companies for both theoil and fuel/water separator filters.

Sierra has a complete line of filter that many Marine parts houses use.

If you have a Merc dealer near you, just stop by. You won't even need part numbers.

There's only been 2 oil filters used for a long, long time. You want the fatter one. There's only one fuel/water separator.

Nothing wrong with NAPA filters. Their better filters are WIX -- a good filter.
