Hey all, I've seen these nice looking extensions in SS that you put in your overboard drains to keep stains from developing on hulls sides. Anyone have a link for some, already trying the clear hoses but look kinda shitty......lol

Never seen them for sale anywhere. I did a write up a few years ago I believe on the 410DA thread on how I had them made, and don't remember any positive feedback. I believe the common theme was to buy a few inches of clear plastic hose, and silicone them in for far less money. I just hated that look, and wanted something nicer.

That’s what I do. Sounds a bit ghetto, but once the boat is in the water you can’t see the clear plastic tubing unless you’re looking for it.
Bought a roll at Home Depot a couple of years ago for about 5 bucks or so and still have enough left to last the next decade or so.
I pull them out as soon as the boat comes out of the water in November so I can back flush the AC’s with fresh water from a garden hose and pump link through to winterize.

This is exactly why I ended up buying the dripper guards. I read 12 different threads with 8 different recommended tube sizes for 15 different model year boats. The dripper guards were pretty well a sure thing :)

My drains are all equipped with the clear vinyl. I cut them to fit the right diameter and then cut the outboard end at an angle so the last drips run off the tip, not down the side of the boat.

Here's what they look like before I fit them into the hole.
