That is good. I tried typing this on my iPhone @ 3 am with fat fingers.
 
Ok ! First thing I would do is rule out an issue with the 110 circuit itself. If there are other outlets in the chain, do those work? If not, check the GFCI on that circuit? If so do you have power to the 110 at the fridge? How hard is it to get access to the fridge? Are you talking down in the cabin or up in the cockpit?
 
What year is the boat? You will find that this is pretty well discussed on this forum. As Phil said, can you rule out 110 good/bad to the fridge? If there is 110 to the fridge, then that side of the fridge is the culprit.
