I keep getting corrosion which looks like what you see on a poorly maintained battery terminal appearing on my port side bonding block. The starboard side doesn't have the same problem. Anyone else dealt with this or know what causes it?

Stray voltage is your most likely culprit. Check the line for voltage. Also I always clean mine up with new terminations and spray them with battery terminal spray, it’s red and makes sure it’s not an environment issue. Where is that particular bonding line going?

I use a brush as well. To be honest you probably need to clean all of the connections and the block with a wire brush and then re terminate each terminal. Battery terminal cleaner will help you clean the crud.
