Well I can tell you one thing, when it finds something wrong you WILL know it lol. I had it go off one time and I was like dam! That thing is loud. I think my issue was generator related. But it was nothing serious

Is there any documentation on what the system monitor interfaces with (as opposed to the system view monitor)? I am having a intermittent constant alarm - even with engines off and ignitions, etc off. Trying to troubleshoot through it.
Could it be a high water alarm from a bilge pump?

I'm having fresh water pump issues. It will start with a strong flow, then slow to a trickle. Any idea where the pump is located?
On my 03, its under the master berth.

Hi Time, I'm not sure but I'm going to change mine too.

The FW pump is on the port side under the master bed. I swapped mine out the beginning of the season. Easy swap out maybe a 1/2 a Corona lol. I upgraded the gpm from 2 to 5 and wow what a difference!

Hey guys, we did it.....finally moved forward on the 2002 360 with twin yanmars and a westerbeke generator. It was a process but we were able to take her out this weekend to Palomino Island (small island off the east coast of Puerto Rico).

A question for this group though - and I've not found too much info on line - but has anyone worked with their sliding door and the trucks /'rails? The truck on the bottom rail has completely come off and I'm not real sure how it fastens to the door. The upper trucks are obvious.

Many thanks and glad to be a part of the 360 family!

CONGRATS J!! That's fantastic! Welcome to the family. I cant wait to hear how she does with the Yanmars. I dont have any history with the door at all but I'm sure someone does. they are the same in a few models of Dancers

Quick question..what exactly does the "Searay systems monitor" monitor on the 2002 model??

Found out the other day...pressed the start/stop rocker and no lo oil press buzzer...looked at sys monitor display.. there was a message about datalink fault... turned ignition power/batts off and reset ...systems returned to normal and low oil press warning returned on initial start. So I suspect it applies to eng temp as well.

Congrats and welcome to the club!

I'm sure you will enjoy your new purchase as we have. 4 1/2 years and closing in on some 1000 engine hours, we know we made right choice. "SHELL SEAKERS" was very comfortable when we did the GREAT LOOP last year. 7 months of a once in a life time SUPER trip!

2 years ago, I replaced the upper track and truck wheels with a plastic product from "GRAINGER". The bottom track & wheels seem to be ok. So other than cleaning, I have not messed with the bottom. I think there is slot on the bottom of the door that the wheels fit into and then cross bolted. When I did this repair, I removed the exterior door shield & door. (Think of a pocket door in a home.) Really not that bad!

This group will lead you to all of answers as needed. A great network!

Regards,

D

congrats! The 360 is a great boat. You will love it. You are the only person With a 360 I know with diesels. I would be curious to hear your fuel burn rates.

For sure, I'll provide some numbers. We've got a couple of bigger trips in mind - over to St Thomas, Tortola, Virgin Gorda, etc. I've got a few projects in line before we go that far but we've already made a few day trips out to some of the small islands around PR.

We're excited to have a boat here, the waters around PR and the islands are fantastic.

Thanks,
john

I going to subscribe to this now because I hope to have a 360 one day soon when the wife says,

"that's it, we are done having kids".

We have an agreement, done having kids...bigger boat. For us I believe the 360 would be the best balance although I wish more were available with diesel engines for efficiency. Long cruises will be quite costly.

Our deal was when we were done with Child Care Payments to the exwife to use on her hair & nails, we get a bigger boat. "Check and Mate" :smt038:smt043

Good luck on your deal.
