This might be too simple a solution since you guys are trying to make this hard and messy. A slow leak usually means a little piece of trash is in the valve duckbill. Put low pressure air on the needle, spit on it and slowly insert it with air going thru it. If that won't clear it, then go buy 3 new Taylor fenders and enjoy your boat.

UPDATE: Sad news. The fix did not hold. Its leaking again. Oh well. BUT! The fantastic manager of my favorite West Marine store gave me a replacement valve that Taylor provides. I'll be giving this a try tonight.
Also, so you are aware, Taylor and West Marine combined have a no questions asked return policy (forever) on their fenders. Good to know.
