How Can I Repair Valve on a Fender

That's great that the slime worked. It's too bad that the new fender will no longer match as it now looks like this:

UPDATE: Sad news. The fix did not hold. Its leaking again. Oh well. BUT! The fantastic manager of my favorite West Marine store gave me a replacement valve that Taylor provides. I'll be giving this a try tonight.
Also, so you are aware, Taylor and West Marine combined have a no questions asked return policy (forever) on their fenders. Good to know.
