I'm a non drinker and I say stupid is as stupid does with or without alcohol. This could have been a guy text messaging or God knows what. How about he just wasn't watching out in front of him?

There was a guy on a motorcycle driving on the Bay Bridge full of traffic and he was texting while doing about 45 MPH! These are the guys that "get hit" by a car and sues the driver! What a Jackoff...

Yeah... I just experienced what happens with "texting and driving" with my oldest son at school... $6000.00 damage to a brand new Honda from hitting the guard rail going 70mph....

Holy crap! I take it he was lucky and it was ONLY the money lost.
Hard to tell on the road if they are drunk or texting as they take about a lane and a half.
